The Ultimate Learning Game
The Ultimate Learning Game values your privacy. To protect users’ privacy, we have migrated from storing sensitive user data from our server to the browser on 06-01-20261. This means that The Ultimate Learning Game shareholders and members are not responsible for any loss of app data. To make this clear, data in a Server means that members with editing access to the app, currently limited to The Ultimate Learning Game shareholders and members, can read all data on the Server. Data on the server includes Clerk user ID, account creation timestamp, email address, mobile app sign-up alert6, our Privacy Policy version date, Privacy Policy user acceptance timestamp, Terms and Conditions user acceptance timestamp, Terms and Conditions version date, parent/guardian consent timestamp, parent/guardian consent version, Canadian resident attestation timestamp and version, card’s issuing country is Canada confirmation, last updated/effective date of app data, Stripe Customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, requiresSubscription3 boolean, display name, avatar ID, timezone, tour completion timestamp, account deletion timestamp, and account ban data. A Stripe customer ID will automatically be created once you hit the checkout button on our “Pricing/Plans” page. A Stripe subscription ID will not be created until you complete checkout by signing up for a subscription plan. Stripe Customer Record is stored on Stripe’s servers, but our server(s) receive whether or not your payment card’s country is Canada. This app is currently only available to Canadian residents. Migrating sensitive user data to the browser means that your own sensitive data stays on your own individual browser. While clearing your browser cache, closing your browser, and/or clearing our site(s) cookies may delete most of, or all of, your app data. However, our app allows you to download your data, as a .json file, which you can then upload the next time you re-enter the browser or a different device.
“Sensitive” user data that sits in the browser includes, but is not limited to, grades, levels, courses, activities, calendar items, xp counts/logs, streaks, semester GPA, cGPA, free plan feature limit status (e.g. ⅔ courses), etc. The Ultimate Learning Game shareholders and members have no access to this sensitive data because it is held in individuals’ browsers.

Our app allows you to sync your app data to your Google Drive account and restore your data, when needed. Our application complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy @ https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy. Your app data is backed up, at least, every 1 minute to your Google Drive account. However, after every minute while the app’s tab is open, if there has been zero changes made since the last backup, then no new backup will update the current “The-Ultimate-Learning-Game-backup.json” file in your Google Drive.
Please note that using the “Restore from Drive” function overrides all sensitive user data already present in the app - This action can NOT be undone, directly through the app, and may require you to go back to previous versions of the .json file in your Google Drive.
